DimDim - open source web conference tool, is available as an alpha download.
Dimdim is an open source web conferencing product with features like Application, Desktop and Presentation sharing with A/V streaming and chat. No installation is needed on the Attendee side and all features are available through a web browser.
Personally, I use Showdocument for online teaching and web conferencing. I'm not saying these programs aren't good, But I think a web-based application is always better, since there's nothing to download or install. try it at http://www.showdocument.com . -andy

Altho I usually find that a lack of installation leads to a lack of features, it is a very good feature for remote access software to have. Many times the members of the meeting will be weary of installing more software onto their system, so a lack of install can be a nice boost to actually inspire people to join in.

A project that I will be watching closely, Can't wait for them to get two way communication! and integration will Moodle... fantastic!
