Web Design Course into Wikiversity

The humble and quietly spoken mover and shaker, Michael Nelson from TAFE NSW Western Sydney is one of the most innovative teachers I know. He was the first to successfully implement student blogging in his classes (that I knew of), and now he's developing training resources in an internationally networked wiki!

Michael is trailing out development of Web Design resources on wikiversity. The possibilities are enormous. The approach is an extremely cheap resource development (compared to the huge investments by TAFE NSW in other resource development efforts), will always be up to date, captures contributions from experts all over the world (where willing participants are hard to find in Australia), offers better access and social equity to learners ... and this could be just the tip of the iceburg.

Good luck to Michael, I hope he finds the support he is looking for.
